And here’s a little time “hack” that might be helpful…When it comes to reading books Audible is my dear friend. I listen while I drive, fold clothes, make beds, and cook dinner, go to the grocery store and even in the shower. For the great books I usually have the paper copy as well, but I am a book junkie.. I confess!

What’s the cost?  

$40 This includes all 6 zoom sessions as well as daily connection with myself and the other group members through a messaging app. Obviously, as I have already stated, you’ll need a copy (or audio version) of Parenting from the Inside Out: How a Deeper Self Understanding Can Help You Raise Children who Thrive. (The cost of the book is not included.)

You’re presence will be greatly missed, but we all know a mama’s life is often unpredictable. Things sometimes get crazy and we understand completely. Please don’t miss a session because you didn’t have time to read that week.This is NOT that kind of group. You can come every week and never read a page, although I don’t recommend that, it is an option 

That’s a question I can’t answer with 100% accuracy, but upon completion of the study, I will email a certificate to you to verify your participation and list the topics we covered. It’s my experience that many child placing agencies (CPAs) will allow a portion of your yearly hours to be filled at your discretion. Check with your caseworker or agency to verify their individual policy, then join us regardless.

This is an opportunity for learning and growth in a compassionate community of other mothers who are looking to grow deeper in their understanding of who they are in order to cultivate more secure attachments with their children. We read books together and discuss not only what we are learning from the text, but also what we are learning from each other as well as from our children.  We not only create intentional time each week to connect via zoom in 6 scheduled sessions, but we have optional opportunities for daily group or individual connections through a private messaging app throughout the 6 week study.
